Fast foods consist of mainly processed meats from factory farms. This food normally is high in saturated fat and calories. This food is also loaded with additives to drive down the cost, to help preserve the food, and to add flavor to the food. This food is typically horrible for your body and many nutritionists suggest never to eat fast food.
